• Add to Inquiry Basket | Ace heat tech manufactures quartz ir heaters. It has helically wound resistance coil housed in pure vitreous silica fused quartz tube. The heating coil is specially designed to give long life at rated voltage. The quartz tubing is ended with specially designed ceramic insulating caps that allows the quartz tubing to breathe. The ceramic caps are securely fixed to the quartz tube using high temperature cement to provide support to the power connecting termination. Quartz heaters are designed to make use only in horizontal position. Quartz heaters are available in variety of diameters such as 8, 10, 12, 15, and19 mm and lengths from 300 to 1500 mm. |
