Types of batch coding controllers for packaging machines available are : i] manual type programmatic batch coding controller using stepper motor control for online printing of the batch no, date of mfg, mrp, price, etc; ii] semi-automatic type programmable batch coding controller - similar to the above system with the additional facility for automatic speed calibration and tracking for totally smudge free printing at varying speeds without operator intervention; iii] fully automatic type programmable batch coding controller similar to the above system with the additional facility for soft touch key setting for all parameters, digital display of linear speed of machine, etc; and, iv] compact and economical electro-pneumatic contact coders ideal for installation on any intermittent motion packaging machines like form-fill-seal machine, bag making machine, etc, for accurate registered coding.
