Agilent technologies offers high performance autosampler of 1200 series. It provides optimum flexibility and fast injection cycles to r agilent lc system. There is provision to add agilent 1200 series thermostat in order to upgrade it from non-thermostatted to thermostatted version. It is ideally suited for high sample throughput. It is provided with different types of sample containers such as well-plates and vials to provide flexible and convenient sample handling. High performance autosampler of 1200 series incorporates384-well plates help to process up to 768 samples unattended. It comes with following standard features:
Minimal delay volumes for rapid gradients
Fast equilibration while bypassing the autosampler after sample injection.
Offers a wide linear injection range of 0.1-100 µl
No waste of sample through variable injection volume and flow through design
Reduces carry-over by using the needle flush port
Peltier temperature control from 4 to 40 °c for thermally-labile samples
