These units comprises of starch solution vessel, wax melting vessel, in-line high shear mixer with ventury for addition of emulsifying agents and complete emulsify solution, air tight vessel with two head suction model for emulsion of wax solution and paraffin wax solution, in-line high shear mixer for emulsification of starch solution and paraffin wax homogenise solution. The various advantages of these plants includes; it can prevent high pressure homogenise, out put will be as per demand, per shift [80 per cent more then existing process], less manpower, less space requirement, chemical and physical properties as per international standard. |
