Autopack manufactures a variety of filling machines both automatic and semi- automatic to fill different products like powders, granules, liquids, creams, lotions etc. In to jars / bottles filling operation is done either on volumetric or on weighmetric basis. Powder dozing machine is mainly an augur filler for accurate filling of non-free flowing powders and granules.
Filling are done in containers, bottles, pouches etc, with an accuracy up to ± 1% for fill quantities over 50 gms or ± 2% for fill quantities up to 50 gms. Filling capacity ranges from 5 gms to 1 kg.
Output up to 1000 fills/hr.
The machine has an electronic counter for accurate fill and easy adjustment of quantity.
Special stirring system guarantees good de-aeration.
The machine of great use for filling talcum powder, tooth powder, baby powder, dry syrups, coffee powder and food, pharmaceutical, chemicals or cosmetic products in powder form.
