Autopack machines providesmanufactures multi-head rotary capping machine. This capping machine that places and tightens pre-threaded plastic caps on bottles/containers of any shape and size for oil, food, adhesive, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The output of capping machine is up to 120 bottles per minute which dependsing upon the size and shape of the bottles. The tightening torque can be adjusted tto ensure leak-proof capping, the tightening torque is to be adjusted. A vibratory/bowl feeder controls the infeed of caps on to the bottles. A no bottle-no cap mechanism is provided. A bulk elevator can be optionally provided with interlocks a bulk elevator can be optionally provided to for maintaining a continuous flow of caps into the feeder. Bottle of the capping machine guides and parts coming in contact with the containers are composed made of stainless steel.
