| Valfit engineers manufactures positive displacement lobe pump with operating principle involving specially designed lobes, travelling in annular shaped lobe housing machined in pump body. The large fluid gravities of the rotors in the pump plus the large easy entry anti-cavitation port allow efficient pumping of high viscosity fluids, slurries or even liquids with large particles with relative case. These lobe pumps are supplied with salient features like the pump incorporate rotors, made of non corrosive material ss 316 which can be run with close clearance to the ss 316 fluid head without seizing. The close clearance and rotary geometry mean low slip operation resulting in high efficiency metering capability, good flow control, no sliding or rolling and no rotor to rotor contact, resulting in maximum service life even under severe operating conditions. These lobe pumps find applications in bakery, beverage, canning, confectionary, cosmetics, dairy and pharmaceutical, cover plates and impellers may be quickly removed for easy cleaning and inspection. These is an obvious requirement for sanitary application and this feature makes the pump valuable in industrial application. The company provides with manual control bypass arrangement. These lobe pumps have a compact construction reduction weight and installation space, pump and gear housing separated no risk of oil mixing with product. Easy removal of bearings, gears reduce down time for maintenance.
