This model is used for full / partial wrap around labeling of different size of round / square and other shape containers. The machine is designed for wrap around labeling on rectangular and other shaped bottles / jars. A rotary labeler is offered depending upon number of stations & output capacity required. The features of the wrap around labeling machine are as follows.
Fool-proof labeling system i.E. ``no container, no labeling`` & ``no container with missing label``.
Modular structure reduces down time by quickest change over, flexibility in settings like printing position and dispensing position.
Independent drives for space creator & wrap around enhance handling of multi- product with different label lengths more effectively.
Lowering -lifting device for wrap around and dispenser gives flexibility for label positioning.
Mono card plc system with on-line speed display and control.
Plc based control panel with lcd display, in-built digital counter & self diagnostic led on panel.
Important data input facility for printing time and label length helps in achieving better print quality and auto detection for `no look` labels respectively.
Data input `label length` helps to by pass the label sensor when malfunctioning for uninterrupted labeling.
Virtually tool-less operation with least maintenance.
