Working principle: - main impeller moves the entire mixer in a whirling- rising, tumbling mass which even wetting with binder.
Chopper chops the evenly wetted mass into fine granules [uniform] rapidly.
Design of the machine enables high efficiency of mixing very fast & in an enclosed system of operations mixing blades angles of inclination enables proper and quick granulation.
Sampling port present.
Loaded with gmp machine.
Bowl can be jacketed for special operations.
Moc contact parts of ss 316, non-contact parts of ss 304
Specially designed control panel with timer.
Various interlocks, connecting compressed air system, main impeller motor, chopper motor, bowl lid limit switch, discharge valve are given for ensuring product safety, equipment safety & manpower operator safety.
All components of the machine are having easy accessibility for cleaning & no dead spaces
All electrical & pneumatic parts are prewired to simplify installation & maintenance.
Discharge can be provided either on rhs or lhs as per client`s requirement.
Optionally machine can be supplied with flp electrical on demand.
Plc can be optionally provided for control panel, which can be integrated with computer for controlling/recording, various process parameters.
very versatile machine can be made for 10 l to 1000 ltrs.
Mirror polished internally & production capacity externally.
