• Add to Inquiry Basket | Smt machines india pvt ltd manufactures and exports high quality reduction gear boxes. These reduction boxes are used to decrease input speed and thereby cut output speed. These are equipped with a set of rotating gears. Single stage, double stage or multistage gear boxes with single and multiple output are available. It comes with steel made structure. These gear boxes are fabricated in accordance with astm/din/ indian standards. Due to sturdy design, these gear boxes are capable to endure overloads. These are well tested before dispatch. They come with following salient features:
Mig welded structure and tested by non-destructive weld testing
Casing / housing / structure of the gear box is horizontal split type
All gears are ultrasonic tested, duly hardened ground
Rated torque, rated speed, torsional stiffness, and backlash
All pitches of the gears are precisely checked and trialed
Genuine heavy duty antifriction spherical roller bearings
Double oil seals complete with internal & external pipeline
Forced cooling arrangement / duplex type with inter locking system
Inspection window at various levels to view gears inside the gear box
Flow indicator, temperature indicator and proper interlocking system
Vent pipes for release of heat and oil
