| Kasthuri machine builders manufactures a variable pcd multi-spindle drilling machine with six spindles. Its ideal applications are in automobile, motor and pump, textile and other industries. It is hardened by the presence of group spindles. It has hardened and ground length adjustable adapters. The features of the multi spindle drilling machine are: positioning of the head by screw rod arrangement; hydraulic power pack [for table up feed and down movements]; space saving design to accommodate the coolant drive, etc, inside the cabinet; and fabricated base. The main castings are made of heavy-duty cast iron, which are annealed and stress relieved. Technical features of the multi spindle drilling machine are: drilling capacity - 12 mm [in casting]; drilling pcd - 60-230 mm; morse taper of the adapters - mt1; length adjustment of the adapters - 25 mm; spindle drive - universal joints; number of spindle speeds - 6; range of spindle speeds - 300, 375, 450, 990, 1,230 and 1,475 rpm; head movement [manual] - 200 mm, by screw rod - table movement - 200 mm; feed of the table - infinitely variable: table size: 500 x 500 x 65 mm; electrical; motor: 4 hp, 1,440 rpm, 3-phase; hydraulic power pack - motor 1.5 hp, 1,440 rpm, 3-phase; and operating pressure: 25 kg/cm² maximum.
