• Add to Inquiry Basket | Dev engineers, introduces motorised hydraulic test pumps that are interchanging type single plunger pumps. The crankcase of these pumps is constructed from graded cast iron, designed tough & fully sealed. Heavy-duty bearings are beneficial in the manner as they give support to the alloy steel that harden & grind crankshaft at both ends. Lubrication of power end parts & bearings are done by splash lubrication system from reservoir oil in the crankcase. Ss harden & ground plunger provides protection from rust & scratches, which in turn enhances life of the machine. In order to attain high-pressure working heavy duty ms cylinder & distributor bodies with gunmetal working parts are especially designed to serve the desired purpose. To facilitate trouble free operation, ss check/ non-return valves & pressure relief valves with brass pressure release cock are used. Shaft sealing is constructed by graphite asbestos gland packing & tightened by gunmetal gland nut. The pumps are supplied with standard spare parts like pressure gauge, ss pressure relief valve, ms pulsation dampener, 1.5m pressure hose pipe with end connection with end connection, ms fabricated common base frame, pump & motor pulley, v-belt with/without electric motor.
