| Valtec controls offers reliable valve automation systems for process control and instrumentation packages of process chemical industry. Pneumatic rotary actuators are fixed on a full range of ball, butterfly, plug valves and other applications, where up to 90° rotary torque is need for power operation and remote control. These pneumatic actuators are placed directly on the shaft of the valves. They are powerful and compact double rack and pinion units to provide torque up to 5000 nm at 4 to 5-bar air supply pressure. Synthetic bearings assures that there is no metallic contact between moving components and thus provide long life. Spring return actuators feature multiple spring concepts for maximum flexibility and have extended shaft for position indication and manual override capability. Solenoid valves in stainless steel, brass and aluminium alloy in weatherproof and explosion proof construction are offered for operating the valves with the electrical signal and constant air supply. Switch are housed in weatherproof and explosion proof construction and are available for position indication and safety operation. These systems have been designed to accommodate a full range of monitoring and control equipment. These valves can be fixed with, solenoid valves, micro switches, proximity switches, and positioners, etc.
