• Add to Inquiry Basket | Emkay engineering works manufactures sigma mixer, which is a double arm kneader mixer suitable for preparing solids, pastes, and high viscous substance. The company supplies these emkay sigma mixers in different models including model eew1000 kgs; kneader model eew25 kgs; and manual tilting model eew225 kgs. This emkay sigma mixer is available in a special version for heating and cooling system and mechanical or hydraulic tilting arrangements for pressure and vacuum operations. Emkay sigma mixer kneaders are useful for kneading highly stiff pastes & viscous products to perfect consistency in short intervals. These sigma mixer machines ensure uniform tolerance between the blades and container walls. The speed and rotation of the blades in the sigma mixer in opposite direction ensure smearing, action as the material comes between the blades & sidewalls of the container. The emkay sigma mixers are excellent for processing of epoxy putty; plastic of all kinds; rubber solutions; chewing gum; soap; tooth paste; varnishes; adhesives; ceramic compounds; colours; explosives; carbon brushes; brake lining; carbon; synthetic fibres; and artificial leather. Container with bolted construction and is machined to maintain uniform clearance between blades and sidewalls of the container to ensure thorough kneading of the material.
A mild steel jacket is fitted to withstand pressures upto 3 kg/cm2 welded to the kneader shell for heating or cooling operations.
Housing are perfectly machined for smooth and trouble free rotation of the shafts.
Gland packing and seals make the machine leak proof.
Blades are casted in one single piece with the shaft being an integral part of the blade. The shape and weight of the blade are carefully calculated for optimum kneading results.
Tilting by the frame fabricated from ismc sections & cladded with m. S. Sheets to withstand heavy static & dynamic loads. Totally enclosed construction can be provided on request.
Hydraulic tilting 6, 25, 50, 100, 200, 500, 750, 1000 and 1500kgs. Capacity.
