An indigenous adhesive dispensing machine for bonding application of glass on to the reflector surface with the help of high viscous adhesive sealant. Developed by twin engineers, the machine comprises of high pressure material pumping system [material of construction: ss 304], 20 or 200 kg pail can, robust tubular steel structure, versatile fixture to accommodate the job, rotary table [variable speed] driven by high performance ac motor, pneumatic up/down slide, reliable dispensing gun with appropriate nozzle tip to achieve desired bead size, and electrical control panel. All logic functions are plc controlled. The speed of the rotary table is controlled by variable frequency ac converter. The most vital feature includes the provision of high performance ac motor with dual speed control characteristics. The usage facilitates operator to achieve the bead size to the finer accuracy along the groove and helps avoid overlapping at the concluding point. It does help prevent the unwanted spreading of the adhesive [leading to deteriorate the quality of highly polished reflector surface] after placing of glass on the area where adhesive has been applied.
