| Zenith engineering works offersmanufactures zenith brand shaping machines. In stoke length of the shaping machine consist of 457 mm [18] and 610 mm [24]. The former is all geared having six speeds, ie, 11-16-25-37-57-88 strokes per minute. Constructional features of the shaping machine include; this is a unique design having built-in clutch and brake mechanism with inching cycle for easier setting of the job. It is driven through a 2 hp, 1440 rpm electric motor.The 610 mm [24] stroke machine is available in both cone pulley v-belt drive and an all geared drive. Both the types have four working speeds of 12-24-48-72 strokes per minutes. It is driven through a 3 hp, 960 rpm electric motor. The main body of this shaping machine is made of machine tool grade casting and other components are made out of properly selected alloy steels. The machine accuracy is maintained aas per the standard test chart the machine accuracy is maintained. Centralised hand lubrication system is provided with the shaping machine. All the three models are equipped with push button on/off/inching switch, starter, contactor as standard supply.
