Weldor hydraulic shearing machines with fixed rake angle comes from 6 to 16 mm size, of length from 1525 to 4000 mm. The machines have been manufacturied and developed through structural analysis method main concept of this machine is exact and distortion-free shearing at required angle. The features like, frame, rake angle [fixed], stroke adjustment rod with limit switch, roller guides, hydraulic power pack, cylinders, hydraulic hold down, blade clearance arrangement, back gauge, etc. These are so developed that they are successful in operation with smooth running. Other products from the company are mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic press brake, guillotine shearing machine, power press and trimming and blanking press, double action deep drawing hydraulic press and nibbling machine.
