Key Features of Mechanical Press Brake
- Lubricating System: The Lubrication is provided for all important being points from a Central Lubrication Pump, through hand Pump with distribution of Oil to all the points.
- Drive System: The Flywheel is mounted on heavy-duty anti-fraction bearings, stores adequate energy required for over and above rated Bonds. The gears and pinion in the drive system are accurately manufactured from graded steel, mounted on the Shaft.
- Ram Adj. Mechanism: Press Brake is provided with motorized Ram Adjustment making it very easy to adjust the shut height to a desired value. It is linked to the overhead eccentrics by heavy connecting Rod & Screw spindles. Motor drives the adjustments screw through gearing in and out of the connecting link, thus providing Ram adjustment at convenient speed.
