| Super scientific works offers tthe wiped film evaporator .Operating salient features of these wiped film evaporators include: such as high vacuum distillation, short residence time and highly agitated thin film feed of product on a heated surface makes it ideally suitable for handling a wide range of heat sensitive and viscous materials.Working of these wiped film evaporators include: feed enters at top through feed inlet nozzles. Rotating distributor disperses the feed evenly on to the heated shell. Slotted wiper blades spread, agitate and move the feed down on the heated shell in very short time. Heating is done by heat transfer fluids circulated through the jacket for evaporating volatile compounds under vacuum. Vapours are condensed in an external condenser and the distillate is collected in receiver vessel. The remaining exits the wiped film evaporator and this remaining collected in product receiver flask.
