| Indfos presents thermostat type u50, which is useful in cooling appliances. Type u50 instruments are temperature control devices for controlling the temperature of refrigerated or air conditioned spaces. These devices cut off the compressor motor when the temperature falls to a preset value and restart the compressor when the temperature rises by a fixed value. The cut off temperature can be adjusted by turning the knob within specified limits. Specifications of these thermostats are: sensing element- phosphor bronze bellows with tin plated copper capillary; switch type- 1 spdt closing on rise in temperature; switch rating- 6a 240 vac [16a 240 vac for air conditioner & water cooler models] and mounting- two screw [m4] mounting at 68 mm c/c. Thermostat type u50 can be used in refrigerators [defrost and non defrost type], water coolers, ice cream cabinets, beverage coolers, air conditioners, freezers, etc.
