| Reach pneumatics manufactures compressed air cleaning systems. Compressed air contains contaminants like moisture, water oil, rust and other solid particles. This affects the pneumatic systems by rusting, scale formation, choking of valves and as a whole reduces the life of the equipments. The moisture also affects painting and powder coating in the form of pin holes and paint peel off. To overcome these problems, the company has a range of products: i] compressed air dryers [desiccant heatless type and refrigeration type] - these dryers provide a complete solution to problems related to contaminants; ii] electronically controlled timer based automatic drain valve: these valves periodically open to drain out the condensate from air receiver, moisture separator, dropleg, etc; iii] condensate sensing type automatic drain valve -. Here the sensor senses the water level and discharges only the water, hence there is no air loss and no noise pollution resulting in energy saving; and iv] on-line submicron oil and particle removal filters, moisture separators and vortex dryers: these are point of use application filters, which removes the aerosol particles to feed clean air to the pneumatic equipments. Also available with reach pneumatics are: filter-regulator-lubricator, quick release coupling, pneumatic tubing and fitting, air receiver, inter/after coolers etc, desiccants like activated alumina, molecular sieves and activated carbon.
