| Machine tools traders [madras], provides vertical milling machine, model b-3s. Model b-3s hasgood rigidity and undistorted meehanite casting with large diameter chromed quill and good abradability. It is specially designed for easy operation. Model b-3s has turcite b on x axis and y axis and dovetail slide way on x/y/z axis. Other model specificationsare a table size of 1270 x 254 mm; t-slots [size x no x distance] - 16 x 3 x 64 mm; longitudinal of travel [x-axis] - 890 mm; cross travel [y-axis] - 406 mm; travel of knee - 420 mm; spindle motors - 3 hp; speeds - 16; quill distance - 86 mm; quill travel - 127 mm; quill feed mm/res - 0.04-0.08-0.16; taper of spindle - r8 or nst 30; swiveling angle - 90º each side; over arm travel - 540 mm; and distance spindle to table - 485 mm. Model b-3s also comes wih these standard accessories like a draw bar, tool box with tools, one-shot lubrication system, switch and dust protecting cover. The potional accessories include a cooling system, power feed align, digital read out 2 axis, digital read out 3 axis, 6" angel vise, 52-piece clamping kit, milling chuck, collets, working light, electric box, slotting head, riser block, 6k milling vise, dividing head, rotary table, horizontal milling attachment and chip tray.
