| Machine tools traders [madras] manufactures dynamill bed type vertical milling machine manufactured in taiwan. This has many features: no cross travel of table fully eliminates the troublesome travel-out problem; square slideways on x-axis is a counter-holding design, that manufactures the added rigidity while in heavy cutting operations; isolated chip collection tank is convenient for chip cleaning; 3-axes feed are driven with variable frequency motor for high machining accuracy and convenient power feed; ball screw on 3-axes assures excellent positioning accuracy; independent brake system on 3-axes fully eliminates the travel-out problem; and the travelling column design for y-axis feed greatly upgrades machining accuracy. The table size is 320 x 1600 mm, longitudinal travel 1050 mm, cross travel 450 mm, vertical travel 550 mm, taper spindle nst-40, 12 steps speed 75-3600 or variable speed 80-3800 rpm. The machine is available with cnc controller. On requested high speed, high rigidity head can be supplied.
