• Add to Inquiry Basket | Gamets international supplies 3 and 4 jaw type self-centring lathe chucks. Gamets also offers special purpose chucks according to job or as per drawing supplied by the customer on request. Some of the hardware features of the self-centering lathe chucks include: the bodies are manufactured from high strength alloyed cast iron. Addition of alloys like chromium, nickel and manganese is made for better bearing properties to ensure longer life. Jaws are of case hardening steel and are properly heat treated. For ate fitting, all the gripping faces are precision ground. Internal and external jaws are supplied with each chuck. Scrolls are manufactured from wear resistant steels heat treated to provide long life. Pinions are properly treated for durability. These chucks have square holes to operate luck. Operating key of suitable strength is provided with chuck. A set of three mounting bolts with 3jaw chuck and four with 4 jaw chuck is provided. Garnets lathe chuck guarantee for the period of one year against manufacturing defects only; all parts are interchangeable, inspection it is provided with each chuck. |
