This is specially developed for large batch production. It has a square design and conforms to gmp standards. This high speed double rotary tablet press comes with following key features:
Round hoppers of ss-304 with butterfly valve.
A.C. Variable frequency drive for the main motor.
A.C. Variable frequency drive for force feeding motors
Electromagnetic clutch arrangements.
One piece turret of special grade casting
Lower Punch seals are provided at lower punch hole in turret.
Helical gear ring to drive the turret.
Hard chrome plated ms fabricated upper roll carriers.
Ball bearing type upper & lower pressure rolls.
Auto lubrication system.
Center drive type gear box.
Hydrulic powerpack for pressure loading and overload release.
Special design to minimize the change over time.
Specially designed dust extractor
