• Add to Inquiry Basket | Gujarat forgings limited [gfl] manufactures the diesel engine governing class: a2. Gfl is an iso 9001: 2000 company certified by the tuv-rheinland. Gfl is having the is:11170 and is:10001 [isi mark for product quality] for its engines and is also approved from dgs&d & nsic. These engines are widely used for agriculture, irrigation and industrial purposes. The diesel engine governing class: a2 is available as single & double cylinder. The following are its unique features:
Vertical, single / double cylinder, water / air cooled, totally enclosed, compression ignition type with four stroke, cold start, diesel engine.
Direct injection in open type combustion chamber provided in an aluminium alloy piston with long stem multihole nozzle
High speed diesel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through an efficient replaceable paper element type main filter.
Engine`s moving parts are lubricated by force feed and partly by splash lubrication
Throwaway type bypass filter is provided for filtering the lubricating oil
A sensible mechanical centrifugal type governor mounted on camshaft gear
Water cooled engine is continuously cooled by flow of water & air cooled engine is cooled by air flow generated with the help of fan mounted on flywheel called conventional cooling.
In axial flow cooling, blower is mounted in front of cylinder block & head
Standard rotation is clockwise looking at the flywheel
Engine is designed for starting by hand
Standard power take off is from flywheel side
Standard accessories provided are starting handle, exhaust silencer, air cleaner & spanner set, screw driver
