• Add to Inquiry Basket | Gujarat forgings limited [gfl] manufactures high speed diesel engine, water pump set, diesel generating set, mud [self priming] pump set, in-board marine engine, all in various capacities & sizes. These engines are widely used for agriculture, irrigation and industrial purposes. Gfl is an iso 9001: 2000 company certified by the tuv-rheinland. Gfl is having the is:11170 and is:10001 [isi mark for product quality] for its engines and is also approved from dgs&d & nsic. The portable light weight diesel engine has 2 types- portable light weight air cooled diesel engine & portable light weight water cooled diesel engine. It has the following unique features:
Vertical, single cylinder, water / air cooled, totally enclosed, compression ignition, four stroke type with cold start, light weight diesel engine.
Direct injection in open type combustion chamber provided
High speed diesel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through an efficient replaceable paper element type main filter.
Engine`s moving parts are lubricated by force feed and partly by splash lubrication
Sensible centrifugal type governor mounted on camshaft gear
Water cooled engine is continuous cooled by flow of water
Air cooled engine is cooled by air flow
Standard rotation is clockwise looking at the flywheel
Engine is designed for starting by hand
Standard power take off is from flywheel side
Standard accessories provided are starting handle, exhaust silencer, air cleaner & spanner set, screw driver.
These are used for irrigation, workshop, generating set, floor mill, huller, cotton ginning expeller, concrete mixer, vibrator, drilling machine, winch crab, sugar can crusher, power loom, building material lifting.
