Eagle mfg offers carton sealing machines. The ts 500 is designed for closing uniform cartons, i.E., with same height and width, and is an excellent choice for any low to high volume closure needs. The ts 500 seals both top and bottom simultaneously and fast. Two side belts drive the box through the machine while the rolling dispensers apply the pressure sensitive tape. After the sealed box is discharged, the ts 500 is ready for the next box. The adjustable to different box sizes is quick and easy. Features automatic box centering by the side drive not possible when using other drive system. Well-hidden and protected single motor drive to both side arms avoids problems in synchronism and also save electric power. Epoxy coated and zinc plated taping heads with erect tape system and fully protected cutter blade provide smooth positive application of the tape on the box. Box conveying speed 21 metre/minute ensure high productivity. Simple in design and sturdy construction requires mill maintenance.
