• Add to Inquiry Basket | Bharath associates suppliesoffers bas-matic, a machine clamp of 16 kn clamping pressure but uniquely compact, which needs approximately 30% less surface space and 50% less volume. There sre some optional attatchments which are provided with this machine whose functions are listed below: 1] housing and pressure arms: made of high-grade tempered steel, providing powerful clamping pressure and exceptional durability. 2]worm gear: self-locking, ensures fast, powerful clamping. 3]special seal: elastomer seal protects interior of clamp from contamination. Pressure shoe: made of aluminium, efficiently distributes pressure and prevents damage to the workpiece; simply clips into place. 4]finger recesses: on both sides, provide secure grip for positioning.Clamping of the machine is done by the following way: after the clamping-device has been positioned, both, the device and the work-piece are secured to the table in a single, time-saving operation. Releasing: the work-piece is released with the baskn; the clamping device is released from the table by pushing the release button. The automatic feature affords considerable time-saving during clamping and releasing. The laborious use of an allen key is eliminated.
