| Bhambar engineers offers high performance model vm4 all geared vertical milling machine for heavy cutting applications. These machines find applications in forging units, plastic moulding units, hand tools units, pattern makers, sheet metal die units, dog chuck companies, auto parts units and different tool rooms. The geared vertical milling machines come with salient features like high rigidity of structure and drives; convenient design; separate drive for spindle and table movements; single lever control of feeds and rapid traverse; wide ranges of spindle speeds and feeds with high upper limits; high rates of rapid table traverse movements of table; and large longitudinal and traverse movements of table. Some of the technical specifications like 1600 x 360 mm working surface; ±45° swivel; 3/ 17 t-slot numbers/ size with 90 t-slot centre; 900 x- longitudinal travel; 305 y-cross travel; 550 mm z-vertical travel; 2 rapid feeds; 18 feeds; 12 spindle speeds; and 40-1120 rpm spindle speeds. The company also manufactures all geared vertical, universal, duplex type, ram turret and special purpose milling machines with different attachments.
