• Add to Inquiry Basket | Syphonex is a sturdy and compact machine for making crystal clear soda or any refreshing carbonated drinks within seconds. You can make soda in standard sized bottles [200ml, 250ml or 300ml] and even fix crown caps on them for stacking up your drinks in the refrigerator.
syphonex is very simple to operate. Just fill the bottle with cool filtered water and place it inside the syphonex after opening the safety door. Lift the safety lever, which will automatically lock the safety door. Now press the gas release lever till you hear a hissing sound. Repeat this procedure about five times or more if you want a stronger soda. If you want flavoured drinks, add a little concentrate or fruit juice before fixing the crown cork.
if you do not want to consume the drink immediately or you want to use your syphonex for commercial purposes, you can fix crown caps on the bottles and store it for future use. Fixing crowns using the syphonex is very easy. Just put a crown cap on top of the filled and carbonated bottle. Adjust the height by turning the crowning bed till the bottle top touches the crowning lever. Press the crowning lever firmly to crimp the cap on the bottle. Syphonex can be connected to a small co2 cartridge or even a large co2 cylinder along with a pressure regulating valve.
