With its operations started in 1987, the company has managed to gain a premier position in the top vendor list of leading automobile manufacturers and various Railway Organisations. | | | Factory Setup | | The wires are manufactured at the company`s Modern Wire Plant located at Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat, India. It has all the in-house manufacturing facilities to process finished Welding Wires right from the hot rolled wire Rod stage. They have a full-fledged Physical & Chemical Laboratories, where all the incoming material is tested 100 percent before being released for production. Stringent quality control measures are adopted to ensure that the wires are manufactured as per International Specifications [AWS 5.18 E 70 S 6 class / DIN 8559 SG-2 0r DIN - EN 440 ]. The wires are carefully copper coated and close diameter tolerances are maintained. The finished wire is spooled on special custom built spooling machines which have all the necessary attachments to get the wire of proper Cast and Helix as specified in AWS 5.18 standard. With a monthly manufacturing capacity of over 300 MT, Unique Welding Products Pvt Ltd has been catering to all the leading automobile organzations of India since a decade. All manufacturing facilities are set up as per ISO 9001:2000 standards so that continuous stress on product improvement can be implemented.
