These double can thermoforming machines are available with salient features like tmf-ppd double can system clamping unit of thermoformer operated by variable speed motor using four-flux chains; main frame supporting the moving system in thick welded steel block with main shaft mounted on bearings; indexing motor for sheet transport used as option; extremely fast setting as control unit is installed in main cabinet; the pitch accuracy is guaranteed within fine tolerances; individual spreading of chain rails by individually driven width adjustment units; and chain rails profile of two-part design with support rolls results into less wear and tear.
