• Add to Inquiry Basket | M m traders offers slabstock foaming machine, model skum ft-2, for continuous production of flexible polyurethane foam flat top, for fixed foaming from 160 to 220 cm. The recirculation is through special gear pumps of the following chemical streams: polyol; tdi; water; silicone; amine and so. All outputs are controlled by electronic ac drives and pneumatic three way valves at the mixer. There are two separate tanks with a common pump and ac drive for soluble colours. Other features: 20 mtr enclosed tunnel of 2 mtr height with ms profile powder coated slat conveyor; side and bottom paper take-off system at tunnel end; two strong exhaust fans for gas extraction from the tunnel; and additional slat conveyor of 5 mtr length between bottom paper take-off and block cutter. Optional extras: methylene chloride stream with pump and 3-way valve; separate pump for each colour with separate line and 3-way valve; variable widths with motorised side wall and telescopic fall-plates; double set of potentiometers and pump settings for change of formulation during run; pulling unit for polyethylene side paper; and infra heaters for tunnel. Chemical storage tanks in various capacities suiting individual requirements are available together with respective drum-to-tank filling system. Roller conveyors and slat conveyors as well as block turning system for conveyance of blocks to curing area in suitable length and as per individual requirements are available on request.
