These machines are available in two models -pilot press 10 station with b or d tooling - gmp model and multipunch tabletting machine, single stroke model. These machines are available at affordable rates. Multipunch tabletting machine is mounted on a stand made of cast iron. Manufactured from stainless steel, these are meant for maximum utility. The machine is equipped with ss hopper. The machines can adjust pressure easily. These machines are particularly manufactured for bolus tablets. Pilot press 10 station machines come with following standard features:
A.C. Inverter drive
Very rigid gunmetal feed frame with sufficient height to avoid spill over of powder
With d tooling, machine can compress d.S. Tablet up to 23mm in length
Anti vibration mounting provided.
Standard d or b tooling. Hence tooling interchangeability.
Higher turret speed up to 42 rpm.
Machine work on single phase, 1.5 h. P.
