| Flojet engineers offers a range of non-asbestos gland braided packing. Flojet-2, also known as ptfe aramid tape, is made from a combination of extruded tape yarn of ptfe at faces and pure aramid at corners. This provides the structural strength and is recommended for plunger applications suitable for pumps handling carbonate and ammonia solutions. Due to multifibre and homogenous construction, it is suitable for all corrosive chemicals. Specifications: temperature - 260[c; pressure - 4000 psi; and ph value - 2-12.
