This machine is simply designed linear weighing machine with coarse and fine feeding controls. It has capacity and accuracy. This machine is computer controlled, self supervising, and self optimizing. Automatic weighing machine has continuous control of nominal weight and adjustment of product feeding in order to achieve permanent optimization of the filling weights. Automatic weighing machine manufactures packaging wrapping products for powders, granules, flakes, breakfast cereals, sugar, salt, coffee, potato flakes, flour, spices, herbs, namkeen, and detergent etc. Key features are as follows:
Viewing screen computer control
The machine adjusts itself to the required filling data.
Display panel with information available such as nominal weight average value, standard deviation etc.,
Automatic zero and final tarring
Sturdy mechanical execution
Short cleaning time
The design enables easy cleaning of all parts touching the product. I.E. Feeding channels, weighing tray, storage and discharge hopper, covers and weigh cell
Can be co-ordinate with packing machine or for automatic operation
