• Add to Inquiry Basket | Labh group of companies manufactures candy plant, which is a complete confectionery plant and machinery. Candy or sweet is the most popular confectionery all over the world and are generally available in fruit flavours or milk based flavour and some times with centre filling also. Candy can be manufactured in a simple process by cooking the candy mass by vacuum batch cooker and later is entered into the forming machine where candies are formed. After cooling the packing machine are used for packing the formed candies. In the process of manufacturing candies different machines are used such as 1. Lc-21 vacuum batch cooker; 2. Lc-51 cooling plate; 3 lc-101 batch former; 4. Lc-102 rope sizer; 5. Lc-113 uniplast forming machine; 6.Lc-202 three way cooling conveyor; and 7. Lx-261 automatic pillow packing machine for candies; lx-266 automatic single twist wrapping machine for candies; lx-268a automatic double twist wrapping machine for candies and lx-270 roll wrap packing machine for candies. The company supplies candy plants in a wide range like 1] candy plant with 1 tonne per 8 hour shift capacity; 2] candy plant with 2 tonnes per 8 hour capacity; and 3] candy plant with 3 tonnes per 8 hour capacity. |
