| Royal arc electrodes offers a range of general purpose electrodes aes-e7018 and e.7018-1 which are basic heavy coated, low hydrogen iron powder type electrode with excellent weld characteristics. These low hydrogen electrodes are available with salient features like smooth arc, medium penetration and least spatter with easy removable slag. The weld metal of these low hydrogen electrodes is ductile and of radiographic quality. These electrodes have a salient features like easy operation in all positions, approximately 115% deposition efficiency and it is important to keep this electrode dry. The low hydrogen electrodes can be appled in ship building, pipelines, bridges, boilers, pressure vessels, restrained joints, penstocks, blast furnace steel work, atomic reactor shell and pipe work.
