• Add to Inquiry Basket | Mtab engineers manufactures maxmill vertical machining centre. It has reinforced base and column construction. The castings are internally reinforced with heavy ribs to resist flex and dampen vibrations. All the structural components are optimized using fea to produce rigid designs. Its innovative designs increase high machine rigidity. The column and base castings are specially designed to absorb vibration. The accurate in-process inspection guarantees that every casting meets quality standards. Tapered channels are built in the base for easy flow of coolant and chips. The patented design of msa series linear guideway are widely placed for less deflection of saddle/table, and four-row circular contact design. These four rows of balls are placed with the contact angle at 45°, which allows each row of balls to take up an equal rated load in radial, reverse-radial and the lateral directions. A well balanced preload for increased rigidity in four directions while maintaining low friction and meets the requirements of stable and high accuracy linear motion making the movement smoothly and extend the service life effectively, which make the linear motion more reliable and more stable.
