Manufactures `panther` brand heavy duty all geared lathe machine 4310 and 5610 designed to provide optimum performance with high cutting power with versitality and are used in a high range of industries, mining and power industry, paper plants, shipyards etc. The heavy duty bed is made of high quality cast iron and the bed ways are hardened and precision ground. The bed has removable gap with a large swing capacity. Rigid designed tailstock of the panther heavy duty lathe machine ensures stability under all cutting conditions. The tailstock body of these lathe machine is rigidly bolted on its ways preventing accidental slippage. The tailstock quill has two speeds selection by lever for rapid positioning and drilling and is made up of high tensile steel which is hardened, ground and given a mirror finish. A fully universal gear box of the machine provides the feeds and allows a very large range of threads, without the need of changing transposing gears. |
