| Macintel offers specially designed bolt-on cnc attachments, model profiturn i & ii, to upgrade conventional all geared lathes to slant bed cnc versions. Profiturn cnc attachment is more advanced from conventional cnc retrofit solution providing all the flexibilities without any compromise in the quality. It is not required to dismantle the parent lathe and revamp it as in case of normal retrofit, for providing the capability of a full cnc lathe. This exclusive cnc attachment is an extremely economical solution with quality inputs like fagor cnc system, baldor ac servo motors and digital drives, centrally located precision hardened and ground ball screws, linear motion guide ways, etc. This conversion from a conventional lathe can be completed in less than a week. In view of the different levels of automation in the industry, it is very important to choose the right level of automation for a specified application.
