A variety of all purpose honing machines are available with manisha machinery pvt. Ltd. For a variety of industrial applications. It has a capacity of bore dia ranging from 3 mm to 63 mm and a bore length of 200mm. Its has an infinitely variable speed ranging from 100 to 2000 rpm or 250 to 1000 rpm. It comprises of a power of 0.5 hp 3 phase - 1440 rpm in main motor and 0.1 hp 3ph - 2800 rpm in coolant pump. It is available with standard accessories like coolant tank with pump, coolant pipe with cock, tray, filter mat, magnet roll, alankeys 4 nos, spanner 3 nos, diamond file chuck guard, torque rod assembly etc and also comes with optional accessories like magnetic coolant separator, lubrication system, machine lamp, universal fixture for odd shaped components, honing tools at extra cost. It is used in many different industrial sectors and is said to leave its customer fully satisfied.
