• Add to Inquiry Basket | Arrow machine tools manufactures t-50 cnc lathe machine for fine turning and finishing application. These lathe machines are useful for manufacturing small and medium dimensions of workpieces requiring high precession. The cnc lathe machines are provided with a spherical iron cast inclined machine base fixed on a rigid steel fabricated structure for being torsion proof system. These lathe machines are available with salient features like slides with high precision ground lm guides for long precision life; dynamic axes and spindle driven by ac servo motors; speed regulator and simodrive transistor regulator for dynamic and precise motion of programmable axes step by step of 0.0005 mm by x and 0.001 mm by z and spindles; 0.001 mm axial radial unroundness. The cnc lathe machines clamps the component through soft jaw hydraulic chuck operated through foot pedal. Some of the technical specifications of the lathe machines are incorporated coolant tank/manual chip tray; power conveyor option; tool holder system compound with interchangeable linear table; bar and gantry loading system; 3 stage single tower; unloading system; chip conveyance; linear turret table; oil mist collector; and hand and chuck air blow. The machines have 8.5 hp input, 1,450 mm x 2,000mm x 1,680 mm dimension, and 1,000 kg [approx] weight. |
