• Add to Inquiry Basket | Arrow machine tools provides the t-50 cnc lathe machine. This is mostly applied for fine turning and finishing applicationin various application devices . This machine is used mostly in for manufacturing small and medium dimensions of work pieces requiring high precession. The spheroidal iron cast inclined machine base fixed on a rigid steel fabricated structure, which provides a torsion proof system. Slides with high precision ground lm guides are performing an outstanding long life of precession. Highly dynamic axes and spindle are used, driven by ac servomotors. Speed regulator and simodrive transistor regulator are providing dynamic and precise motion of axes and spindles. The axes are programmable step by step of 0.0005 mm by x and 0.001 mm by z. Axial radial unroundness is under 0.001 mm. Component clamping is through soft jaw hydraulic chuck operated through foot pedal. Machine incorporates coolant tank/manual chip tray, power conveyor provided optionally. The tool holder system is essentially compound with a interchangeable linear table. The general feature about this machine are such bar loading system, gantry loading system, signal tower [3 stage], unloading system, chip conveyance, linear turret table, oil mist collector, hand air blow, and chuck air blow. Total machine input is 8.5 hp, machine dimension is 1,450 mm x 2,000 mm x 1,680 mm, and machine net weight 1,000 kg. |
