• Add to Inquiry Basket | Sanghvi techno products has introduced ptfe, with characteristics like wide temperature with-standing capacity ranging from -200º to +260ºc, chemical inertness, dielectric properties, low water absorption, lowest co-efficient of friction, resistance to ultra violet rays, low smoke emission, non adhesion, non-ageing, etc.
Ptfe moulded bushes are used in checmical, petrochemical, bio medical, electrical, electronic, mechanical, aeronautical, enviormental, defense and space engineering applications.
Ptfe is available in a number of forms: rod, tube, sheet, plate, tape, thin wall tubing, electrical sleeving, spiral wrapping, or custom mouldings.
By a special process, ptfe sheet and tape can be given sodium-etched surface suitable for strong adhesive bonding.
Ptfe bushes are available in the following specifications: outer diameter - 19 to 250 mm [standard]; inner diameter - 12.5 to 200 mm [standard]; length - 100 mm [standard]; and made to order - specific length, od and id available as per customer`s requirements [minimum 3 mm well thickness is required].
