• Add to Inquiry Basket | Suitable for screening of minerals, chemicals, metal powders, food etc. These machines are available in single, double and three deck arrangements. Sticky materials are handled by providing a ball type anti vibrating attachment below the decks. Screening upto 300 mesh is possible. The amplitude of vibration can be varied by a simple manual adjusting device. All parts are easily removable and replaceable for manufacture. These machines are available in different materials of construction such as m.S, s.S, gi, al etc.
Deck type vibrating screen having main frame fabricated out of ms/ss sheet and provided with a detachable screen in ss/ms/gi construction of mesh as required by you.
The frame is mounted on 4 nos. Steel coil springs to impart vibration to the deck. An eccentric shaft fitted on to ball/roller bearings is fitted below the screen and enclosed in a ms casing. The deck is provided with a top cover complete with loading hopper ms/ss construction. A discharge chute in ms/ss construction is fitted for convenient discharge of material.
A suitable motor fitted to a `b` section 2 groove pulley is provided to drive the eccentric shaft. The entire assembly is mounted on a sturdy channel frame structure and painted with 2 coats of metal primer and synthetic enamel paint.
Extra accessories if required :
A wooden frame below the main deck filled with rubber balls for cleaning choked up screen`s thus increasing output.
