Working of this flow dyeing machine is given by: this multi-nozzle lowly high temperature dyeing technology works as a soft flow as well as jet dyeing machine. The outstanding feature of this machine is its flexibility and versatility in processing all types of fabrics. Some of the special features are: no pilling effect; steam dyeing process to save thermic energy and overcome uneven dyeing; no colour inlet pump; high temperature up to 1400 c and following are some of the constructional features of this flow dyeing machine: in the new technology, the soft nozzle 3 & 4 has large diameter and fixed nozzle with individual flow control valve. The first main nozzle is adjustable. By increasing or decreasing the gap of nozzle, flow and pressure increases or decreases as per fabric quality demand.Following are some of the control measures which are to be taken to run this machine smoothly: to run the machine as a soft flow, one has to simply increase the gap that decreases the pressure and increases the water flow. At that time, all the three nozzles work as soft flow and water flow gets controlled individually by control valve as per fabric quality demand. To run the machine as a jet flow machine, one should increase the gap of the nozzle that increases the pressure and decreases the water flow. That time soft control valve is closed.
