| Pune fin tube pvt ltd manufactures corrugated heat exchanger tubes. It specially made for different types of heat exchanger applications. Uniform temperature distribution is possible due to turbulence generation in both outside and inside the media by the corrugated tubes. The heat transfer can also be increased by the utilization of corrugated tubes. These features help to reduce surface area as per requirement. The corrugated heat exchanger comprises convoluted grooves and helical ribs on both inside and outside surfaces of the tube. The corrugated tubes are also manufactured in various helical configurations to achieve outstanding thermal performance. It can be manufactured by using copper and copper alloy tubes, stainless steel and carbon steel and carbon steel tubes ranging from ½" od to 1¼" od, thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 2 mm, having corrugation pitch ranging from 3 mm to 15 mm with a groove depth of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm maximum and up to a length of 20 metres.
