Pioneer austeng, a joint venture indo australian company offers, manufactures fuel fired [ldo/hsd/lpg/natural gas] incinerators in capacities from 5 500 kg/hr. These incinerators find their application for application in hospitals, industries, hotels, abattoirs and for disposal of carcasses, municipal wastes, etc. Structural arrangements of incinerators are as follows;
1]the incinerator is designed as a closed chamber furnace with primary and secondary chambers in which waste is completely burnt by means of fuel fired flames.
2] the furnace incorporates special design features to ensure smoke free burning. This is achieved by principle of complete combustion in the primary chamber.
3] the side air jets and secondary chamber air jets are provided for achieving complete combustion as a standard feature.
4]the flue gases coming out of secondary chamber are effectively treated for controlled pollution norms. General features of the incinerators are as follows;the incinerators with scientific waste disposal system are environment friendly and safe and conform to emission and pollution control standards of developed countries in europe and australia. The self contained monoblock type burners with various controls like-spark ignition, uv flame monitor, air fuel ratio control, etc, housed in a single unit are provided for efficient burning. As an optional feature, tthe incinerators can be supplied with plc controls for complete automatic operation which is an optional feature of the incinerator which. This helps in optimizing the energy consumption and provides consistency in operation without human intervention. Higher capacity incinerators above 150 kg/hr capacity can be supplied with heat recovery systems like hot water or steam which acts as a special feature of this instrumenton request as a special feature.
